Guidance for Using this Dashboard

  1. Start by selecting a procedure, this will be set by default to the procedure we are on.
  2. Then indicate the zip code where you are seeking service and select the distance you are willing to travel from that zip code for service.
  3. Once selected, you will see pricing and providers update based on that information.
  4. You can click a location in the list or on the map to view more details about quality and pricing at that location for this specific procedure.

We are the state’s most complete source of health and dental insurance data, representing nearly 70 percent of the population.

The database contains claims data from more than 30 commercial health care payers, Apple Health (Medicaid) and its five managed care plans, as well as Medicare fee-for-service (FFS) and Medicare Advantage -- the health maintenance organization (HMO) for Medicare members.
