About This Procedure:
An urgent care visit is for medical problems that need to be treated quickly but are not life-threatening. Urgent care clinics treat common problems that happen or worsen suddenly like a high fever, rash, infections, sore throats, fractures, or stitching cuts. People also go to these clinics for some routine care like vaccinations and prescriptions.
This particular service is for the most common urgent care visit. It is for the visit only; other services like an x-ray or prescription medicines are billed separately.
Urgent care clinics usually are open all day and into the evening. Getting care at a hospital emergency room (ER) is much more expensive. Some hospitals have urgent care centers too and offer non-emergency care there at a lower cost than in the ER.

Included In This Price:
The price covers just this one service – the urgent care visit. This price does not include any other care like tests or medications.
